Enugu Govt moves to reabsorb workers who missed 2016  biometric verification 

Enugu state government’s ommittee responsible for the reinstatement of Public Servants who missed the 2016 biometric verification exercise due to reasons of ill health or other legitimate grounds cordially requests the concerned Public Servants to present themselves before the committee. 

This was contained in a statement signed and made available to newsmen by the Secretary to the State Government,Prof. Chidiebere Onyia on Thursday, October 26,2023.

The Committee urged the affected persons to appear before it at the Conference Hall, Office of the Head of Service, Enugu State Secretariat at 10 am from 1 – 3 November, 2023 . They were asked to  bring along relevant documents when appearing.

The statement read in full:

“The cmmittee responsible for the reinstatement of Public Servants who missed the 2016 biometric verification exercise due to reasons of ill health or other legitimate grounds cordially requests the concerned Public Servants to present themselves before the committee.

“Please bring along the original and photocopies of the following documents:

• Proof of Birth

• Letter of First Appointment Notification (Gen 69C)

• Appointment Confirmation Letter

• Notification Letter for Your Most Recent Promotion (Gen 35)

• Certified Medical Reports from a Government Medical Practitioner

• First School Leaving Certificate

• Any other supporting documentation to substantiate your valid reasons for not participating in the exercise
