Enugu Gov’s wife ,Nkechinyere Mbah to the rescue, clears hospital bill of  mother of quadruplets

Child birth is a blessing and a thing of joy in the family where a child was born. It’s joyous mostly when the child arrived after years of waiting upon the Lord for the special gift.

That was the case of the family of Mr and Mrs Johnson TobeChukwu Eze who gave birth to quadruplets on December 6, ,2023  at St. Patrick hospital Enugu , on the 10Th year  of their waiting upon the Lord .

The Couple had been married for nine years without a child. On the 10Th year, Mrs Eze took in and gave birth to quadruplets ( a male and three girls)

According to the Couple, the babies were delivered through a cesarean section when they were 34 weeks and were kept in incubator. They were not able to pay the bill of over three million niara. Unfortunately, they lost one of the babies.

On hearing their ordeal, the wife  of Enugu state Governor, Mrs Nkechinyere Mbah ,came to the rescue,and  paid the hospital bill Today, Saturday, January 20,2023. 

She  rejoiced with the family over the gift of the babies and commisrated with them over the loss of one of the babies. She assured them of her continous support and prayers. The Governor’s wife who was represented by her senior aides Dr.Uzoamaka Okenwa, Charles Edioke- Special Assistant Protocol/Chief of Protocol to Governor’s wife, Mrs Ifeoma Amadi, Personal Assistant to the Governor’s wife, , Favour Nwosu, SA to the Governor’s wife on External Affairs and the media team, prayed that the babies will bring lasting joy to the family.

The recipient, Mrs Eze, could not hide her joy. She thanked the Governor’s wife, Mrs Nkechinyere Mbah for her kind gesture and prayed God to bless her and her husband, the Governor of Enugu state, Dr. Peter Mbah.They were discharged to the glory of God.
