Enugu State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi on Thursday, received the new Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge of Zone 13, covering Enugu and Anambra states, AIG Tony Olofu Adejoh at the Government House, Enugu.
Adejoh who was on a courtesy visit to Governor Ugwuanyi recently, assumed office as the new Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge of Zone 13, Ukpo-Dunukofia, Anambra State. He was accompanied by the Commissioner of Police, Enugu State Command, CP Ahmed Ammani, and other top management team members of the Nigeria Police from the state and the zone,
Adejoh is a native of Otukpo, Benue State.
He is a graduate Sociology from the University of Jos, Plateau State and also holds a Diploma Degree in Scence, University of Ibadan
He was appointed into the Nigeria Police Force, trained and commissioned an Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) in 1990.
He has served in different capacities and offices, including Divisional Crime Officer, Otuocha, Anambra State, Divisional Police Officer, Garki Division, Abuja, FCT, 2nd in Command, Operations, Anambra State Command,
2nd in Command, Police Mobile Force, Ibadan, Oyo State, Squadron Commander, MOPOL 25 Azumini, Abia State and Iwukem in Akwa Ibom.

Upon his promotion to the elated rank of Assistant Inspector-General of Police, was posted to Zone 13 Command of the Nigeria Police Force, covering Anambra and Enugu State.
He is happily married to Commissioner of Police (Mrs.) Rhoda Olofu, CP Ex-Squad Unit, FCID, Abuja. The union is blessed with children.
