Missing Former APGA Governorship Aspirant found dead

A former  governorship aspirant of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Enugu State, Chief Dons Udeh, declared missing last Saturday, has been found dead.

Udeh was on Tuesday,April 25, reportedly found dead at the 9th-Mile Corner of the state with his vehicle.

Last week, there was anxiety following the whereabouts of the one-time State Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)

The telephone of the deceased was later found by the wall of the Ogui police station, Enugu which heightened the fears that he could have run into trouble.

It was gathered that the wife of the politician who had been calling her husband’s line was later informed that his phone has been  found.

She was said to have reported at the  Police station where she told the  police  that she had been trying to reach him without success.

Udeh was a former  Commissioner for Works, former  Commissioner for Housing,  Transport,  Commerce and Industry, Supervising Commissioner, Ministry of Environment and Solid Minerals, Federal Commissioner of Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC) among others.

As at press time, the police public relations officer, Enugu state Police Command, DSP Dan Ndukwe.was yet to make an official statement on the incident.
