Judicial service commission in Niger state has dismissed 1 magistrate judge and demoted 2 sharia court judges .
Mohammed Bakoà Iya of the magistrate court in the Magama LGA of the state was suspended over abuse of judicial power and gross misconduct, while, Mohammed Baba Enagi and fun xx Nasiru of the state Sharia court were demoted for abusing their offices and misconducts
They were also asked to serve a 1-year tutelage in other courts as part of their punishment.
