Body of the late Senior Mother-in-Israel, Mrs Josephine Mgborie Anichukwu,mother of Uche Anichukwu, Senior Special Assistant ( SSA) on External relations to the Governor of Enugu state, Dr. Peter Mbah, has been committed to the mother- earth at her village, Obiagu Amigbo Nomeh, in Nkanu East Local Government Area of Enugu State.
Delivering a sermon at a funeral service, attended by top government officials, the Religious, traditional rulers , political class, and other members of the public, former chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria, Anambra State chapter and Senior Apostle Timothy Okpala of the Eternal Sacred Order of Cherubim and Seraphim, admonished Christians to live a Christ-,like life and imbibe the spirit of love, truthfulness and faith and “look unto Jesus, the Author and finisher of life”
He advised people in Leadership position, to lead well.” If you are a leader, lead well. Hold firmly ,whatever leadership qualities that made people to choose you as their leader. If you are a representative, represent the people well and report back to them”, he admonished .
He also urged Church members to remain strong in their faith.
The Apostle described late Senior -mother- in Israel as a courageous, peace-maker, true Christian and a woman of faith ,who served God to the end
.
He noted that death is inevitable, and urged the family to uphold the good virtues their mother was known for.

Represented by the commissioner for Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Deacon Okey Ogbodo , Governor Mbah encouraged the family to be steadfast in prayers and charged them to take solace in the lord.
In their respective tributes , her eldest son Nnaemeka described their mother as an outstanding community leader, mentor and a role model.
On his part, the Senior Special Assistant to to Governor Mbah on External Relations, Uche Anichukwu, described their mother as a ” heroine, prayer warrior and a teacher. ” He said the history of Nomeh will not be complete without the mention of their mother,Mgborie Anichukwu.
The family wrote,” Really, Mama’s life was positively impactful to the immediate family, father’s family, mother’s family and husband’s family, Amigbo Province,Nomeh-Unateze as a community, Nkanu-Eadt Local Government and Enugu state in general.

“One of her greatest joys and legacies is the road project to Nomeh facilitated through the instrumentality of her son, Uche Anichukwu, as Special Adviser to the former Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Ike Ekweremadu,Ikeoha Ndigbo.
” Mama indeed lived her purpose in life and immortalized herself. This, even in death, she will continue to live as a great servant of God and humanity.”

Mrs Anichukwu a renowned teacher and worker in the church.died at the age of 81,
