Chairmanship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Aninri Local Area in the Saturday’s Local Government e in Enugu state, Prince Ugochukwu Nwanjoku has commended the voters in Aninri Local Government Area for massive turnout, saying ” it is the first time we are witnessing such turnout”.
He said the election was free . “. It was very free. People came and exercised their franchise, giving me their trust and made a commitment today. We are awaiting the results and we are hopeful that the results will favour us..

” This government is an inclusive government. This government before this election, visited all the wards and solicited for their votes.Aninri has ten political wards and we told them our plans, what we wll do for them and we have a blueprint if will bring massive development in Aninri.
He said they will focus on agriculture. “We are looking at market expansion.,creating jobs for our youth. We will go into mechanized farming , we will embark on human development if I win the election.
“” We will empower 200 Aninri youth. We are hopeful that we have won the election. We have a very positive plans for our youth. We will build three skills acquisition centers in Aninri. We will embark on a massive road infrastructural development,” ,he said.
Prince Nwanjoku said he has a plan to build 100 kilometers of roads annually. “The Governor has provided us with a platform to excel,.The Governor is building 10,000 kilometers of roads .I amI will key into that and there is no way I will come last.
. “From the programs we have built so far, we will build three Cottage hospitals , and Doctors quarters in the three zones of Aninri, “he said.
He expressed the confidence that has party ‘ the PDP will win the election.
