Senate minority whip and senator representing Enugu West senatorial zone, Senator Osita Ngwu has described the Governor of Enugu state, Dr. Peter Mbah as a promise keeper, saying that the Governor is keeping to his campaign promises, building a new Enugu.
He spoke on Wednesday, May 29, in Enugu, while assessing Governor Peter Mbah’s one year in office .He said when Governor Peter Mbah was campaigning to become the Governor of Enugu state, he made some promises.

He promised to give us water and we saw water. See what he is doing in education. He is building 260 SMART Schools, he is building 260 Type 2 Primary Health Centers, he is building roads, developing sports and the tourism.. We are seeing a new Enugu. That iI travelled from Abuja to be with the Governor is because of the joy I have “, he said.
” We have about seven other bills that are going through the Second reading”, Senator Ngwu said . He added that he attracted educational centers where people can learn.The senator also said that he had been able to attract more that 50 projects to Enugu West zone., saying,,’In every aspect of what we promised to do ,we are doing it well. We are only collaborating what the Governor is doing”, he said.,
