Enugu state Governor Dr. Peter had inaugurated the management board for the protection of the state-owned social homes, with Mrs Nkechinyere Mbah, the governor ‘s wife as chairman.
Speaking, the chairman of the board thanked the governor appointing them and trusting their capacity to serve . She assured that they would not disappoint the state.
The management board for the protection of the state-owned social homes is expected to sanitize the homes and establish a standard as it is obtainable in the developed countries.
