Wife of Enugu state Governor, Mrs Nkechinyere Mbah ,Friday, took the medical outreach of her pet project,Custos Care Foundation to Owo in Nkanu East Local Government area, where women, men, both old and young benefitted from her free medical outreach program.
Speaking at Achichi Owo hall, venue of the programme, the Managing Director of Custos Care Foundation,Comrade Egodi Igwe said they started the prime in Awgu, where over 700 pepper benefited. She added that over 500 people benefitted from the free medical services in Owo.

According to her, the free medical outreach( Mobile clinic) was in Owo to bring medical services to the people. “We had over 500 people in Owo. We held the outreach in Awgu ,where over 700 persons benefited
“We are also targeting more than 700 people to cover the elderly, children to reduce mortality rate in Enugu state . This is an opportunity for people to check their Blood pressure ( BP)status , About 30 medical personnel are here. The whole fees had been paid by her Excellency.”, she said
Igwe said other free services rendered were malaria test and treatment, hepatitis B, eye test, . She advised people to cone out and take advantage of the programme.

Speaking also, wife of the Enugu state 8 chairman, Mrs Rita Edeh thanked 6 Governor ‘s wife for the gesture to the people. She said women do not have time to check their status . “The wife of the governor has given life to them. I am so happy . Am so glad,” she said.
On his part, the President General of Owo, John Ogbu, expressed happiness and thanked the Governor’s for the free medical services . He urged the beneficiaries to take their medications and focus on God f.
