Gov Mbah inaugurates reconstituted Enugu judiciary service commission

Governor, of Enugu state, Dr Peter Mbah has inaugurated the reconstituted Enugu state Judicial Service Commission urging them to uphold Inaugurating the Commission on Wednesday in Government House, Governor Mbah described the commission as a very integral part of the judicial sector, tasked the members to entrench their wealth of experience in the system.

Responding on behalf of other members of the commission, the state Chief Judge, Justice Raymond Ozoemena assured the Governor of their commitment to discharging their duty diligently.

The Judicial Service Commission is a statutory body responsible for, among other things, the appointment, promotion and discipline of Judicial and non-Judicial Staff.

Other members of the Commission are the President of Customary Court of Appeal, Justice George Nnamani and the State Attorney General and commissioner for Justice, Barr Kingsley Udeh.among others.
