The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ)Enugu State Council ,congratulates the Governor of Enugu state ,Dr.Peter Ndubisi Mbah on his One year in office , commending him for his good works in the state , encouraging him to do more so that the masses will continue to enjoy dividends of democracy.
In a statement signed by the Chairman of the Council,Comrade Sam Udekwe and the Secretary, Dame Ifeoma Amuta, the union identifies the developmental strides of Governor Mbah since he assumed office advising him to prioritize the welfare of the people of the state especially workers, tighten security in the state , ensuring provision of infrastructural development.
The NUJ enjoins the governor to keep flying his kite high and ensure that people oriented policies were implemented in the state.
It advises the government to redouble efforts aimed at alleviating the suffering of the masses and the welfare of Journalists in the state.
The Union wishes Governor Mbah more strength and insightful decisions aimed at making Enugu State the best in the south East and the country in general.
